Our version of the west coast interpretation of the style. Our focus is on balancing the hop flavors with the bitterness to give a taste explosion leaving the hopheads craving more. Chinook and Columbus provide bittering additions with a generous amount of Amarillo and Simcoe hops used both late in the boil and in dry hopping.
